Cruise itineraries, activities and schedules are subject to change, dependent upon the weather, tide levels and operating conditions.a 10 - day advance registration is required by Halong Bay Management Authority and Port Authority Permits. Guests must provide full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number/ ID number, and Vietnamese visa expiry date for all passengers under Special Requests box. Guests who fail to provide the necessary information above may not be allowed to be on board.
Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise.Please note that full settlement of total reservation in cash or credit card (Visa and Master Card only) is required at least 3 days before departure at the cruise office or via bank transfer. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.Chargeable transfer service (by either shuttle or private car) between Hanoi and Hai Phong is available upon request. For cost of service, kindly contact the property directly using contact detail found in the booking confirmation.Drinks or beverages will be charged according to the menu.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. We booked a cruise with peony but due to overbooking we were advised to join the Mon chery cruise. We loved every aspect of it! Jimmy, our personal crew member was superb! All in all, we really enjoyed this cruise and would definitely recommend it! Thank you for celebrating our honeymoon with us!

We would have given a 8/10 score if it was a real cruise. But the fact is that this is a “hotel on water” The boat was almost in the same position/area during the whole tour. All expeditions was in smaller boats. We found out that other boats was real cruises, so check around.

Amazing experience from start to finish with great service and decoration in my room and dinner table for my birthday and a cake! Orchid looked after us at the restaurant and Elvis a helpful guide/host. Cabins are great inc bath with a view! Loved the balcony. All activities great and even caught squid! Kayaking was fun too. Food was good and plentiful, happy hour was welcome. Great experience all round :)
