• Guests are required to pre-register with the cruise at least 7 days prior to arrival. The cruise requires the guest’s full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number or ID, and visa expiry date. The guests who do not register in advance before 11AM on check in date will not be boarded.

• Latest check-in time is at 12:00 at noon but will incur additional charges.
• Internet signals may be interrupted in some areas due to limestone surroundings.
• The rates do not include transfer, hotel accommodation, visa arrangement, kayaking, spa and massage services, beverages, etc. Please contact the property for more information.
• Infant under 4 years old stays for free if using existing bedding. Maximum infants allowed per room is 1.
• Baby cot is available at an additional charge.
• Maximum children 5 – 11 years old allowed per room is 1.

The trip was amazing! The views, the staff, the activities, and the accommodation were all above expectations. The crew was fantastic, and we really enjoyed all the activities organized by them. The fact that it's a smaller boat creates a cozy atmosphere and allows everyone to get to know each other

We had a fantastic stay at Paradise Sails Cruise in Halong Bay! The accommodations were comfortable and cozy, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The common areas were well-maintained, providing a pleasant atmosphere throughout the cruise. The staff was attentive and friendly! The food was simply excellent, offering a delightful range of Vietnamese dishes! Although drinks were not included, the prices were reasonable and affordable, making it easy to enjoy a variety of beverages without breaking the bank. Overall, I highly recommend Paradise Sails Cruise for an unforgettable experience in Halong Bay!

Staff were very attentive and enthusiastic and always did their best to make the cruise as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The cabins and restaurant felt quite luxurious for what it was, the food was divine and of course the scenery was spectacular. I particularly appreciated how quickly the office staff responded to the questions I had leading up to the cruise and in booking drivers for pick up and drop off.

We done the 3 day 2 night option and glad we did as it was a memorable experience . You do spend an afternoon in paradise explorer for the seconds day afternoon . The excursions were a bit short but ok . The food and staff were great

We were absolutely delighted with Paradise Peak and pleasantly surprised to be the only passengers for most of the 3D/2N. The rooms were beautifully appointed, clean and roomy. Every meal was delicious. The staff were great!Very accommodating and friendly. Couldn’t have been happier with our experience.
