We loved our 2-night stay on Orchid Trendy Cruises. It was a beautiful and peaceful way to explore Ha Long Bay. The staff were always ready to help and provided wonderful service, led by our excellent cruise manager, Nhung. The day trips and kayaking around the bay were definite highlights of the experience. A fantastic and memorable way to see such an incredible place.

We had the most wonderful 2-night cruise where everything was perfect and so thoughtfully done. The staff’s courtesy, the delicious food, the impeccable service, the comfortable room, and the fun activities organised by the staff all made it an unforgettable experience. I had a minor injury during the trip, and the care and concern the staff showed truly touched me. They checked on me every day, and when we returned to our hotel, I found a lovely gift and a heartfelt message wishing me a speedy recovery. I’ve never met people who care so deeply about their guests. This cruise wasn’t just about luxury and great service... it was about genuine warmth and humanity. Truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had!
