Staff were super friendly, very helpful and chatty. Spoke pretty good English too. Room was spacious, had a big balcony, facilities were all good. AC worked well, also to heat because it was pretty cold in January. Price was extremely good for the 9 days we spent there. Location was close to shops, restaurants, cafes etc.

Very big bed. Like I mean huge bed. The hotel is not too bad, very good value for money. Being in Ha long bay is a bonus too.
