Excellent hotel Excellent service Very clean. Very Aesthetic. Me & my wife got a room on the 20 floor With magnificent view of HALONG BAY. Service from staff = very ALERT to your needs. Helping a lot. Special thanks to Ms TRANG duty manager for her help. It's worth coming and staying. Very nice hotel, and probably coming again. We like it a lot. It's definitely a 5 stars hotel. 22 December 2025

Staff were very polite and courteous. Rooms were large and clean. Esplanade right across from the hotel. Still needed to walk a bit or taxi to restaurants
