Adelineleigh “A luxurious cruise in our private suite and terrace with surround views”

We did the 1-night cruise and I chose this cruise ship specifically bec of the floor to ceilings view offered in the executive suite. The private terrace was also excellent and all that did not disappoint and was all the better to take in the views of Halong Bay. The cruise ship goes deep into the still bays and anchors in a sheltered area to ensure an easy, effortless cruise experience. Staff was super attentive and this type of room comes with butler service - thanks, Cindy (who always went out of her way) - with preferential seating at meals. I would probably say a 2-night stay would have been most ideal including the further journeying into the Lanha Bay areas but the Cat Ba expedition (we saw the famed endangered langurs) was a highlight. I would probably try the larger sister cruise ship the next time as it appeared newer and swankier for a similar price, but for an intimate experience, Stellar can't be beat. Food was definitely decent and our dining companions on this cruise were mostly small families and couples from America and Australia. No loud and 'vibey' activities is how we all liked it. Just the cicada cries, lapping waves and the limestone karsts into the still of the night.

We booked a suite at Stellar of the seas and got upgraded to a suite at Elite of the seas. The Cruise ship was amazing - pool, bar, sun decks, restaurant, spa, fun activites, drone shots. The food was top class 5-7 courses to dinner and you could choose from western menu or Vietnamese menu. They also had great breakfast, brunch and afternoon tea. You wont go hungry at this cruise. The room was amazing - we booked Elite Executive premium suite with large private terrace and bathtub. The sundeck had large sun beds, chairs with tables and an outdoor shower. The room was super clean and the bed was cozy. The room also had a beautiful bathtub, indoor shower, nice toilet and a minibar. All above was truly amazing - but I haven’t mentioned the most amazing part yet - the staff. Our butler An (Amy) was the best to us. She helped us with everything we could ever wanted. Wow for her - she made the stay wonderful. We also got great service from Ngân (Kelly) and the other cruise staff.

Tommy and Kelly were taking really good care of us their service was impeccable! Thanks to them we had a very relaxing cruise. Not to forget: Peter was our guide for the excursions - he told us many interesting things about the local culture, food etc…
