Please note that checkout time is at 09:00, however the boat will only arrive at the harbor between 12:00 to 12:30.Please note that embarkation is at 12:30 from Tuan Chau Port at counter 26.Registration of all guests with the cruise is required at least 24 hours in advance. Registration is valid with the provision of:
1. Full name / male or female
2. Date of birth
3. Nationality
4. Passport number
5. Expiry date of Visa for Vietnam
6. Mobile phone number (if any)A valid passport is required upon check-in on board.All rates include:

The guide Violete is very friendly and the crew is super kind and attentive. For example, we asked for chopsticks for our first meal and they brought them to us for every other meal. We got a room update with our Booking reservation, with balcony. Activities are very nice and meals too. There were only around 20 people on the cruise so it was very manageable. It was a bit overwhelming choosing one cruise but we ended up very happy with this one and honestly every one basically does the same tour.

All the activities on offer were interesting, but you are under no obligation to take part if you would rather relax or simply do not feel like it. I really appreciate the crew members, there where kind and thoughtful. The guide Violette was very friendly, and she explained a lot about Halong Bay. I recommend this cruise at 100%
