• Guests are required to pre-register with the cruise at least 7 days prior to arrival. The cruise requires the guest’s full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number or ID, and visa expiry date. The guests who do not register in advance before 11AM on check in date will not be boarded.

• Latest check-in time is at 12:00 at noon but will incur additional charges.
• Internet signals may be interrupted in some areas due to limestone surroundings.

• Infant under 4 years old stays for free if using existing bedding. Maximum infants allowed per room is 1.

We did the 2-day, 1-night Ha Long Bay cruise on the Paradise Elegance, and even though it was short, it was such an enjoyable experience. Everything went smoothly from start to finish — from waiting at the Paradise Hotel lounge before boarding to relaxing at Paradise Suites while waiting for our ride back to Hanoi. What really made it special though were two people: cruise manager JL and wait staff Charie. Both are Filipinos, and they honestly made us feel right at home. Filipinos are known for their hospitality, and these two did not disappoint. They went out of their way to make sure my wife and I were comfortable and enjoying ourselves — always smiling, always attentive, and never in a forced or pretentious way. It also helped that they’re both very easy to talk to in Tagalog and English, which made the whole experience even more personal. We noticed they gave the same level of care to all the other guests too. The cruise itself was great — superb food and drinks, comfortable cabin, classy dinning area, spacious upper deck and we got to visit Ti Top Island, Surprise Cave, and Luon Cave — but honestly, the service from JL, Charie, Blue and the rest of the crew is what we’ll remember the most. My only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay. One night just isn’t enough! If you’re planning to do this cruise, go for two nights if you can, and hopefully you’ll get JL and Charie on board too. They really made the trip unforgettable for us.

Breakfast excellent. Only thing was the lobster was overcooked and I don’t understand why you choose two main courses and not main + extras, veg etc

Captains suite was perfect. Must do the 2 night cruise 2nd day is much more relaxing and you get to see less crowded and less seen parts of ha long bay
