Ha Long Essence Classic Hotel is a beautiful hotel situated in the more quieter area of Ha Long, the staff were very friendly and polite. We enjoyed our stay there.

Incredible price for a clean and comfortable stay. Only 10 mins from cruise ports. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Interesting & quiet neighbourhood. Walk to beach.

Very friendly and helpful staff, there was not much going on when we were there but they gave us some recommendations and we booked a cruise trip with them. Comfortable beds, great shower, peaceful area
