A 24-hour advance registration is required. Guests must provide the below information for all guests:

- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Passport number/ ID number
- Vietnamese visa expiry date

Children whose travel documents are attached to the parent's passport, must be accompanied by said parents. Limousine transfer services between Hanoi's Old Quarter and Halong are available with additional charge.Pick-up location – at any hotel within Hanoi’s Old Quarter Area only

Drop-off time in Hanoi – between 15:00 and 15:30Private car and airport transfers are also available upon request. Staff was very attentive, especially Jessica our butler. The rooms were comfortable and clean with great views of Halong bay There were a number of activities planned which kept us busy but also enough relax time in the rooms
