The food provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner was tasty. The staff were lovely and very responsive to our needs as a group. When we had an issue with one of the rooms we booked, they were able to provide a solution. The itinerary of activities that were provided and managed by DORA Cruise were fun and we were able to experience many aspects of the beautiful landscape of Lan Ha / Ha Long bay.

It has been perfect. Linh Chi (whose nickname is Cheese) is a crew member who has been really nice to us and very helpful with everything we needed. We have been very happy here. The rooms is great with a nice balcony.

Great view in the vip room, amazing hospitality. Amazing care taken by - Davis. Great person, helped us a lot with out stay and arranging satisfactory Indian food.
