• We stayed on the 23rd floor with corner views of the city and mountain ranges — absolutely stunning views • Balcony • Room was spacious and large • King size bed • Modern decor • Bathroom was large and spacious • Very clean • Soundproof walls • Reception staff spoke English, which made check-in easy • Check-out was offered at 12pm (later than most hotels) • Extended check-out possible (until 1pm) • Large pool with stunning views through floor-to-ceiling windows • Gym equipment available

Staff were very friendly and helped with everything we needed. Rooms were very clean and got a free upgrade to a sea view room.

Everything about this hotel is beautiful. We arrived early then check time and they made a room up for us immediately. Rooms are extremely clean and massive. Good selecting for breakfast. Great value for money. Great spot if you are coming or going to ha long bay for the cruises. Short taxi ride from the port.
