Decent location, friendly staff, good amenities. Bathroom gets quite wet due to location of drain but its honestly very good.

We had a great stay here. The room was very clean and a good size. The owners were so nice and friendly. A good location bai chay is very quiet but here was a bit busier I would definitely recommend staying at the panda hotel

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet so the much needed rest day after a Halong day cruise was truly restful. Close to good food, ATM and not far from the harbour area.

We loved this family run hotel. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us which made it very enjoyable. They organized a boat trip for us to Ha Long Bay which was brilliant and a mini-bus to our next destination. When we woke up on New Years Day thinking we'd missed breakfast they had put on a lovely spread of food and drink to celebrate the new year with them. There are shops and a market nearby but you will need to walk further for restaurants. Apart from that it was a great stay. Beach 10 mins walk too. English wasn't great but with the use of google translate it worked out just fine.
