Cruise itinerary & schedule are subject to due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions. Excursion boat will be used during the 2nd day for deeper exploration of the day. Cabin allocation aboard remains unchanged. Swimming, kayaking, bamboo boat activities may be cancelled due to poor weather. Unused services are not subject to a refund.Meals aboard are fusion: Vietnamese food, International food, seafood and vegetarian menu are available for request. Guests should advise any special food preferences, allergic or dietary requirements at least 2 days prior to the cruise date.3-day advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number & visa expiry date for all passengers. Upon check-in on boat, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID. Children whose travel documents are attached to the parents’ passport , must be accompanied by said parents. Special requests are subject to availability, additional charge may be applied.Rates are not inclusive of transportation from Hanoi to Halong or against, from Halong back to Hanoi. Please contact cruise directly for more details about suitable type of transfer, cost, time & pick-up point. Staff were amazing,especially the cruise manager Mr.Chien,who went above and beyond for us.Food was exceptional,well presented and a wide variety.Cabin was immaculate and comfortable.The activities were well delivered and varied.Overall a highlight to our holiday and we will be recommending to our friends.Thanks to all the staff,you were incredible!

We got upgraded to the Royal Suite! That was totally unexpected and a beautiful surprise. The suite was magnificent, with a private balcony and a bathtub in the room. Welcoming on board was great, all staff was really nice and helpful. The Cruise Manager Mr. Henry took the time to talk to each guest individually. Food was great. Also, we enjoyed happy hour. Activities were nice. Unfortunately, we did not wake up to participate in Tai Chi. I think this cruise is a must do while in Vietnam. Yes there are other cruises around, but I don't think it spoils the views as such (we are part of the tourism and cannot expect to be alone). Personally, I think it was beautiful seeing all the cruises with the lights at night.

Professional staff. Pick up and drop off service was excellent. Cruise took us through very beautiful landscapes. Visit to caves and underwater tunnel was amazing. Cruise manager Mr. Gin was excellent communicator and he was a very welcoming host .
