The crew staff service especially Krystal, manager Mia, Zoe and the team where helpful and hospitable The 7 course dinner was high quality. The accompanying evening live music was great. The bathtub in the room had a jacuzzi was comforting The late afternoon cave hike was exceptional I lost my key card and they replaced it without fuss The ambassador suite was spacious, had great facilities and comfortable

We stayed in the Ambassador Suite, huge balcony and we were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived at the port. The staff was extremely kind and caring, they all celebrated our birthdays which such excitement and it was a pleasant surprise! We had our own table for breakfast, lunch and dinner, happy hour was great, food was amazing! There were not many hot food options for vegans at the buffet (we didn't eat fresh fruit or salads in case of stomach issues being tourists) but the food served at dinner were made vegan was great and we selected the non indian option. They do have plant milk for tea/coffee. I really cannot express how amazing the staff were, we didn't want to get off the boat! The tours were amazing, very fast pace schedule so prepare your clothes and you will get wet if you are kayaking! Cannot wait to return! The views of Ha Long Bay were amazing, Luon Cave kayaking was beautiful, we wish we had more time for it and Sung Sot Cave is out of this world!

What an amazing 3 days , wonderful room- captain suite, whirlpool bathtubs, exceptional good food , very nice staff- especially the manager aka and our guide Wil!!!
