Nicholas “Charming and very comfortable historic apartment”

We loved the apartment. It’s in a beautifully maintained historic property with a gorgeous wooden ceiling. The bedroom particularly is cosseting and characterful. The bed is supremely comfortable. The location could not be better: central but out of the busiest part. There’s a good baker two minutes down the road and a well stocked shop five minutes in the other direction. Don’t worry about the road in front: it’s more or less pedestrianised with only about 10 vehicles passing every day. Beautiful views of the lake with all its changing moods. So glad we stayed here and would love to return. Sandra is a great host. Hallstatt is probably the most beautiful place we’ve been and we’re seasoned travellers.

This apartment is very cosy and warm even with it snowing, the bed is so comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen and plenty of hot water in the bathroom. It’s location is perfect, minutes from the supermarket and restaurants, across the road from the lake, on the ground floor and marvellous hosts. Apartment Luise is a great place to stay and relax and we highly recommend this apartment in Hallstatt.
