The check in was with clear instruction and the cafe staff is friendly and away from the tourist crowd. Staff support to carry the luggage and show how to lock the door.

The location was really good, the views from the room window were amazing.

The location was great for getting around as it is right beside the bus stop - it is the most important point for me. The view from the room is as described, you get a beautiful view of the lake. The bathroom was equipped with different soaps. The bed was comfortable enough and I appreciated the available shelving.
