Fantastic villa location on a truly wonderful island. The villa has been thoughtfully decorated by its owner. It is charming. Excellent air con when required. Very clean and well looked after. Electra was on hand to meet us off the ferry and show us the villa herself.

Hostess Electra was exceptional and very helpful throughout my stay. My friend and I wanted to have a few relaxing days away and we couldn't have picked a better place for it. Villa Electra has kept all traditional elements of the old Island house of Halki but also provides as well every modern facilities. I loved the fact that the sea was literally at our doorstep and enjoyed so much swimming and kayaking, something that I have missed so much during Irish winter. Sea waves were so meditative at night for peaceful and restful sleep. All in all, amazing and most memorable stay, and I would definitely return again next year. Thank you Electra so much for the stay and experience.

We loved the location, the terrace and the downstairs. It was fantastic to be able to swim every morning and the kayaks were fun. Electra was fantastically helpful and friendly and there was a nice hamper for us. A big spacious sitting room and beautiful terrace with views over the bay. The downstairs bedroom was comfortable and one of the bedrooms upstairs was fine. It was nice to each have our own toilet and bathroom. Our luggage was taken to the house and the cleaner came twice. The house was close to shops and restaurants and yet peaceful.

The Villa Electra is an exceptional place! The lovely renovated captain's house is located directly at the sea, with your own private place to swim! So all you have to do do is to enjoy the sound and view of the sea from morning till evening. The water is amazing clear, so you can see to the ground. The little port with cafes and tavernas is just a lovely walk away. There you can have the best seafood - don't miss out on the very fresh Halki shrimps! If you want to relax and calm your mind in a private atmosphere, this is the place!
