I liked the esthetic...... my partner when he moved to Canada over 20 years ago lived at this hotel for 3 months It was a wonderful memory we will be back

Staff are AMAZING. Very helpful and warm. As for the hotel, it's a cute little spot downtown, but you get what you pay for so don't expect luxury! We found it to be exactly what we needed, a roof, a bed, and warmth. It wasn't the cleanest but certainly wasn't dirty. The bed was very comfy and so were the blanket and pillows. The walls are paper thin however as soon as another guest was being very noisy in her room, staff dealt with it swiftly and professionally. We slept like rocks here! Thoroughly searched for bedbugs when we first arrived due to other reviews here but found not a single sign of them and no bites or other in the morning. No rodents either. See photos, I have included the mattress which showed no signs of bedbugs and was brand new quality.

The room itself was clean and nice. The hotel is undergoing rennos. I definitely wouldn't suggest bringing your family here, but it's a good place to stay for the price f you're on a budget and want to stay central. It was clean and great amenities around
