The property is modern, architecturally designed and extremely functional. It has an incredible "wow" factor on walking in - the layout has all the bedrooms and utility/drying room on the ground floor and the top floor has the living room and kitchen with an incredible 360 degree view across the valley. Great restaurants nearby and short walk to the bus stop to get to the ski lifts.

Beautiful house, we could easily walk to Happo and Echoland areas to eat / drink. Villa close to ski shuttle bus stop (we used bus stop outside Snowlines Lodge). The upstairs 270 degree views are stunning and facilities at the house are amazing (drying room, laundry, kitchen, lounge area). Bedrooms downstairs are good for 4 x people (2br both with bathrooms), and upstairs is a fold out couch if you had a larger group. Next time we’d probably book a car to have easier access to ski fields and other parts of Hakuba just to make life easier, but that was our decision this time round and nothing to do with this awesome property. Santo the owner was wonderful to deal with and helped us out a lot, guarantee I’ll stay here again in the future.

Modern, comfortable home which accommodated our needs. Self contained upstairs kitchen provided us with ample space to self cater. Quality heating system throughout the entire home including a drying room for all of our ski gear.
