Stephen and Sarasa were both lovely. The staff were also very nice! The accomodation was beautiful, very clean and warm. It was nice that they had a little onsen for guests.

Great location, service, facilities, property, but the people were even better. Stephen and Sarasa were so accomodating, as were all of their staff. Loved every minute.
