Hosts Olivier & Reika were so kind, thoughtful & generous. Nothing was too much ttrouble, driving us to and from the moubtain every day, giving us recommendations for things to see & do & even going to the pharmacy for us when my husband was unwell. The apartment was spacious & clean with great facilities including a fire & beautiful views of the surrounding forest from every room. We loved pur stay & would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone wishing to enjoy Hakuba.

The hosts, Olivier and Reika, were very friendly and responsive. They constantly kept in contact and ensured that our check in was seamless. During our stay, they also gave us various food and travel recommendations and were quick to respond to any requests that we had. The accomodation was clean and comes with a full set of kitchen utensils. You can even make hotpot! There is also a dedicated drying room for all your ski and snowboarding gears. We would definitely select this accomodation again the next time we are back in Hakuba.

The landlord has decorated the room with great taste, and the electrical appliances are of excellent quality—we spent three very warm and comfortable days here. Though there’s no on-site staff, the room comes with clear usage guidelines that are easy to follow. We communicated with the landlord via WhatsApp, and their responses were prompt. We hope to come back with more friends next summer.
