We like how cozy the place was, the beds are so comfortable. The owners are so nice and helpful. They picked us up from Hakuba Station and dropped us there when we left. Breakfast was included every morning but very small portions. There is heaps of storage in the drying room for all your gear. There is a shuttle 30 metres down the road that will take you to Escal plaza. However the owner sometimes is happy to take you places in the morning which is great!

This is our second time staying and we love it. The place feels like home and they have thought of all the little things. The breakfast is yummy and the hosts make you feel like you are part of the family.

The property was close to restaurants and shops in hakuba! It was easily accessible, and had a shuttle bus out the front. The hosts were very accommodating and lovely.

Great location for skiing at Hakuba. Awesome to have the shuttle stop right outside. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the common area was a really nice place to hang out.
