The property was clean and in close proximity to everything such as the slopes and bus stops, as well as restaurants. Staff were exceptional, very accomodating and fostered an environment that felt like home. We met the owner and she was so lovey. Furthermore, the highlight of our stay was meeting one staff member named Tim. Shout out to him. It’s our first time in Japan so he made sure we enjoyed our first visit to the max. We are grateful to the staff for being so hospitable and making our trip enjoyable. We’ll definitely come back again. !

Fantastic, comfortable, warm large room for a single traveller, easy to book the bath for the evening, host was fabulous and very helpful, the breakfast was delicious Japanese style, loved it, and 1 minute walk to the Happo One ski lifts

Super cozy traditional Japanese hotel with access to private onsen! The rooms are spacious and warm and the host is super nice and helpful. Everything is clean and well thought out. The bathrooms are shared but you can book the onsen for yourself in the evening.
