To use the hotel's free shuttle from JR Hakuba Train Station, please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Friendly staff, Clean, warm, quiet and an easy walk to the ski slopes and town centre. Excellent drying rack for boots.

We loved the onsen and the comfy beds. The breakfast and Christmas dinner were also very good. When the mountain was open we loved being able to walk to it

Location was good, there is a private lesson ski school just behind (but very expensive) and ski slopes just behind. Nice authentic building. Onsen is really nice after a long day. The restaurant for dinner was nice.
