The service was amazing, the locations is probably the best you can get in hakuba. My friend left his passport in a taxi and the lady at the front desk was very helpful with calling the taxi company and assisting us with getting it back

Room comfortable - good access to ski runs - all the basic facilities you need - staff helpful apart from the issue mentioned below

Warm and comfortable rooms. Fabulous thick duvets. A public bath and a drying/locker room for wet ski gear. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
