Clean and with a homely atmosphere. Staff were friendly & made us feel at home. Picked up from bus terminal in Hakuba & shuttle to Lawson if needed daily.

Amazing staff, outstanding helpful and friendly, daily shuttle service....lovely breakfast, great lodge relaxing area with warm floors, soft music, drinks & snacks available as needed. Could not have asked for any more.

The staff were fantastic!, they really made the stay great, they were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure everything worked. Good location too, short walk into town or home from Happo after skiing.
