The fine print
Please note smoking is only permitted in the lobby during the following hours: 22:00-06:00. A smoking area is located outside of the property.A free shuttle between the property and 2 ski resorts, Goryu Ski Resort and Hakuba 47 Ski Resort, is provided by the property. The shuttle takes around 1 minute from the bus stop in front of the property or guests can take a 6-minute walk to the resorts. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes between 08:00-11:00 and 15:15-17:15.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

This is an amazing hotel, mostly made great by the wonderful staff. They are so helpful and genuinely nice people and will make your time in Hakuba so enjoyable!

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Location for Goryu was perfect, room was a good size and the breakfast was great. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay at hotel san malte. Marcos and Farah were the perfect hosts, providing everything we needed and making our stay incredibly comfortable. The hotel is on the free shuttle line to escal plaza/Goryu/hakuba 47, which we enjoyed all of the days that we stayed. The hotel was perfect for our needs, including amenities, onsen, hot chocolate, washing machines and spacious drying room. Thank you Marcos and Farah for your generosity and warmth. We have memories that will last a lifetime, and can’t wait to be back!
