- The owners of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Gave great advice around Hakuba and also gave us a lift from the nearby bus stop - Felt really welcome and at home in their cosy inn! - They were also very sweet to give us a packet of snacks for our ride home when we checked out! - Discounted ski pass and equipment, as well as storage for equipment.

Home away from home. 2nd time staying here. Good size room for Japan, though very small bathroom area. Firm, but comfortable bed. Very friendly staff who go out of their way to help you. Good sized breakfast. Highly recommend.

Great location and the staff were great. Owner was always happy to try help out if you needed something. You can take a shuttle bus across the road straight up to Goryu, making it easier to get to the slopes in the morning. There is a fantastic onsen in the basement one for men and another for women. Room was nice and hotel was well presented.
