Very helpful staff and very convenient for skiing. On arrival their own van collected us from the Alpico bus stop and took us back there at departure. Getting to the snow each day was a 5 minutes trip on the shuttle bus. That bus stop was a 1 minute walk from the hotel's drying room (ski storage). A good breakfast each day. Easy walk to two great restaurants. Each evening a van takes guests to a convenient store for cheaper food.

The staff were fabulous, they couldn’t have done anymore to make our stay enjoyable. My husband left his phone at a local restaurant and only realised when the restaurant had closed. The hotel staff contacted the restaurant owners and retrieved it for him the next day. Also it was my daughter’s birthday and the breakfast team sang ‘Happy Birthday’ with all the restaurant guests; which made her day.

The staff at the front desk were phenomenal! Very kind and helpful with getting lift tickets and shuttle to/from gear rentals. The community sitting space was right outside of our room, which was great to let kids watch a movie and adults to have a separate space. Breakfast was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff who went out of their way to help, nice onsen at the basement. 10 mins walk to Escal Plaza
