Tommy and his team are phenomenal. Thire attention to detail and customer service is outstanding and they made us feel like the only guests in the hotel for the duration of our stay. They go the extra mile and do it with a smile. 10/10 would love to come and stay here again. Thank you Tommy for everything you did, you run an amazing hotel.

Hotel La Neige was the perfect place for us to stay in Hakuba Happo One ski resort. The staff are exceptional, the shuttle service to/from the ski lifts and to restaurants was amazing! Their breakfasts are the best I have ever had. We were even lucky enough to have the whole restaurant to ourselves the night we dined in. Oh, and the beds are so comfortable and the spa bath is the best after a day of skiing. We will be back. Thankyou to the staff at La Neige 🙏🏼🇯🇵
