I don't do Review. But if i do. there is something special. The Staff is Amazing. They make you feel like home. This place even have Gym and Playstation 5. Clean and comfort vibe. Near to one of the Skii Resort. about 5-7min up slope walk. 1-2min drive only. one of the Quieter slope you can find in Hakuba. They provide pick up at Train station. also offer transport to slope at 8am and pick up about 4ish. as of the date i visited in 7-11 Jan 2026. I was sick on the last 2 days of my trip. Down with fever, flu and cough. They really take good care of me. make sure i medication, food and water. The boss do has passion on snowboarding and we share great conversation and sharing on our board discussion. There is where i found out how the name " Hakuba76" came about. Pretty interesting. and one its pretty then hard to not remember. Highly Recommended! But you really have to experience it yourself too.

Alan was very hospitable and accomodate our transport around Hakuba when he could. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and breakfast was nice each morning.

The staff and host were very friendly and helpful, even though they didn't know Japanese or English. I really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning before going skiing at Happa One. I also am appreciative that they drove us to the skiing resort and picked us up after. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. They were nice and warm after a day of skiing. I also met other wonderful people at the hostel. I would highly recommend staying at the place.
