To use the hotel's free shuttle from JR Hakuba Station or Happo-One Bus Terminal, please call the property at least 1 day in advance to make a reservation.To eat breakfast/dinner at the hotel, a reservation must be made in advance.Free shuttle services are provided to nearby ski resorts, while late-night shuttle services are available to nearby towns between 17:00 and 23:00. For more information, please contact the hotel directly.The free shuttle is available to the following ski resorts between mid-December and 31 March: Hakuba Happone One Ski Field / Hakuba Goryu Ski Field / Hakuba 47 Winter Sports Park / Hakuba Iwatake Ski Field / Hakuba Sanosaka Ski Field / Hakuba Minetaka Ski Field / Tsugaike Ski Field.Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room includes all children and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. For extra guests exceeding the room occupancy, guests will be asked to separate rooms and additional charges will apply. Guests may not be accommodated if there is no availability.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

We are happy with our stay even just 1 night, the one in receptionist, I’m sorry I forgot his name, but his english is excellent (which is rare to find) he’s very helpful and kind. The hotel arranged our shuttle to bus station even we noticed them in a short time. Best service ever!!! Thank you so much🙏
