We had an amazing stay here! Eric is the best—super helpful and just a really cool guy. He speaks great English, helped us rent our boards, and even arranged to forward our luggage straight to Osaka Airport. He even let us leave some bags for a week before sending them over, which made our trip so much easier. Great value for money considering peak season. The free breakfast and coffee every morning, and the dry room available. It’s about an 8-10 minute walk to Echoland, 5 min walk to free shuttle that picked us up every morning for snowboarding. Overall, such a great experience—would 100% stay here again!

Spacious modern accommodation, ideal for a family group on a ski trip. Close to free shuttle busses, close to a range of restaurants. Drying room was a great inclusion, free wifi.

The Chalet was unbelievable. 4 bedrooms, a dining area with everything you need. TV room with Netflix and Amazon Prime to unwind at night. Drying room for all the ski gear. Heated floors! It even had a cool little spot on the 3rd floor for the kids to play.
