The fine print
For non-refundable bookings, guests must pay the full amount via Paypal to secure the reservation. The hotel will send an email to guests directly with Paypal link. Guests must complete the payment within 14 days of receiving the email. The booking will be cancelled without notice when the payment is not made on time.Extra charges apply for children between the age of 4 and 12. Guests with children are requested to indicate the number of children and the age of each child staying in the room in the Special Requests box when booking.To eat dinner at the hotel, a reservation must be made at least 1 day in advance. Cancellation is not allowed after arrival or check-in time. For dinner, a buffet is catered with Western and Japanese fare.A group policy applies to bookings of 10 rooms or more. A deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged in advance.Transportation from Narita Airport can be arranged at a fee upon request. Please contact the property for further details.

The communication was great, the hotel staff helped us with a number of arrangements and information both before and during our short stay. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection of food. And last but not least, the onsen was absolutely fantastic! Very much recommend!

Lovely little hotel in hakuba. Nice breakfast. A little rundown but comfortable. Wish there was an onsen.

Literally 5min walk to the Kokusai lift at the bottom of one of the pistes for Happo One, so very easy access for skiing. There are free shuttle buses to other ski slopes, such as Goryu, Iwatake and so on. The rental place is on the same premise and you can buy a decent coffee from the rental place if you’re into coffee. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. The onsen was lovely.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here.The bedrooms are quite spacious, good quality Wi-Fi, the lounge area is really lovely and they had a log fires going all day and free coffee. The staff could not have been more helpful— my wife and I are both vegetarian and the buffet breakfast was large and extensive.. We were able to rent all of our equipment from the rental shop right beside the hotel and it literally is a four minute walk to the bottom of the chairlift.
