The team running the lodge were amazing. They were helpful and friendly, which made us feel very welcome. The lodge is early in the ski shuttle bus scheduled pick ups, which means you always get a seat. Big bonus. Beds were really comfortable. Better than other hotel beds we slept in in Japan.

Very friendly staff, easy to arrange pick up and drop off from the train station. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast included and microwave/hot water dispenser available for use. Also really appreciated the drying room and place to store our ski gear.

We stayed in the low-season in September, getting a good deal on the rate. The property is managed by Asuka and Aurel, the nicest people ever. Both speak fluent english (quite rare in Japan). The best thing is the breakfast! Perfect energy before going on the ski slopes.
