Guests travelling to the property in winter by car will require studless tires and/or tire chains equipped to their vehicle. There is a steep slope that is very hard to climb situated right in front of the property, and any vehicle that is not four-wheel drive will require both studless tires and a tire chain.Please note that the property does not accept large vehicles and buses.Please note that there is no elevator on site that leads to the guest rooms.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

Very conveniently located a short walk from the gondola. Buffet breakfast and dinner was good value.

The property is quite close to a chairlift at Happo. And the price was very reasonable comparing to other option. This is a very “Japanese” style hotel.

Staff were all very nice and accommodating to all of our needs. The facilities were amazing and exceeded our expectations for a budget ski lodge.
