Loved the size of the room, plenty of room for our suitcases and drying snow gear. Bed was comfy and view was great of the mountain. The location was perfect, 350m walk from the main ski lift and plenty of options outside our door for meals. We loved the buffet breakfast

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The ski equipment rental is included if you book directly with the hotel and it is super convenient- on the ground floor of the hotel. The rental shop is really good and staff will take the time to make sure everything fits well. Also the equipment is good. The beds are comfy and the pizza restaurant in the hotel is delicious. Breakfast is included. There is a lounge with a television with Netflix which our kids enjoyed for some downtime. The staff went above and beyond by sending me something I left in the room down to Tokyo the next day. The location is really good- close to the bus station with shuttles to other ski areas and an easy walk to the Happo One lifts. On the ground floor there are lockers for your skis and there are two washers and dryers which were very handy and free to use.

The location was great, right in the middle of Happo village near restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean, comfortable and a good size. The hotel staff really made the stay special. Super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I plan on coming back in winter as the location can’t be beaten. Would highly recommend staying here.
