The location was good... once you figured out where you were... as it's not really in Cortina but at Satomi which is in-between Cortina and Norikura. So if you are coming by bus make sure that you get off at Satomi and don't stay on until the final stop at Cortina! The staff were nice.

Great to have the restaurant downstairs for breakfast and other meals. Super close to slopes. Staff were very helpful in organising shuttles to other resorts. Manager truly went above and beyond to support us with a number of fumbles across our trip and we are forever grateful.

Was a comfortable stay. Restaurant was not great, overpriced an understaffed. Have to rely on bus or taxi service to get to any facilities which are a good 15-30 min drive, wouldn't recommend for families better for couples or friend groups. Staff friendliness saved it from a negative experience.
