The hosts were extremely helpful, they helped a group of 6 get to the house with all our luggage. Hiroko even stopped at a convenience store so we could pick up what we needed. The house itself was well equipped with perfect heating, comfortable beds, all the equipment you need in the kitchen, a laundry section with a full dryer. The views were just like in the photos. It was a great choice, we were super glad we chose this place. It was a good break on our otherwise busy trip through Japan.
