The location was great. The hotel also has a shuttle which is very helpful. There is also a free local shuttle to Hakuba 47 and other places which was helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the onsen was a great way to end the day.

I had an amazing stay and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. I was travelling as part of a group of six, and the staff handled this effortlessly, making everything feel easy and well organised. They were absolutely exceptional, personable, kind, and always willing to help with anything we needed. One standout was the shuttle bus service, which was incredibly well run and convenient, with both free and paid options available, making getting around stress-free. Upon checkout, the team were so accommodating and happy for us to wait comfortably while we arranged transport, which really reinforced how thoughtful and guest-focused they are. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. I was truly impressed, would love to stay again, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Loved staying here! Staff were fabulous, very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and spotless. I ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent. It was a quick short walk into town. Would definitely stay again!
