Communication with staff was excellent. The room was clean , typical size of most Japan accomodation and lovely to stay in.

Excellent, close to everything that a family of four needed. Free snow shuttle 2min walk to the station

This place is very close to Hakuba station. It is clean and functional. The host is very helpful.
