It’s located just a short walk from moto Hakone which is a major hub for buses and ship cruise. There are numerous restaurants and food stores nearby. Hokone shrine and Lake Ashi are beautiful

Apartment was large for the price, clean, quiet and tasteful, well-equipped, everything worked, I liked having a few pots and bowls to cook with. Also once settled in the location is close to the main tourist area even if it is a steep walk back up to the property.
