The dinner and breakfast provided in our room was phenomenal! So many courses and the staff were super friendly. Quiet room, felt traditional, and a nice welcome with tea and a hot towel. View of Mt Fuji from our room was a nice surprise. Both public and private onsens onsite as well!

What a dream stay! I would recommend this hotel if you want to get an immersive Japanese experience in a traditional ryokan in the heart of Hakone - from the rooms, to the amazing onsens, to the traditional Japanese meals, everything comes together perfectly. And if you’re lucky, you can even see Mount Fuji from the private onsen! The staff is also super lovely and friendly.

Staff was amazing. The onsen experience was the best, we could try 3 differents baths, and the peace of this place is unforgettable.
