Incredible stay at Gen Hakone, everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The private onsen with incredible sunrise views was a highlight. The food is really great and a generous amount!

Stunning location and room. We had such a relaxing two night stay. The staff are so attentive and took such good care of us. Each evening we were wowed by the food. Thanks for such a memorable stay!

Very large and modern room with a large living area and a gorgeous balcony and our own onsen. Lovely views too and so relaxing especially after being in Tokyo for a few days. The food was delicious.
