The hosts went above and beyond! They were so wonderful and kind. We really appreciated them. The room felt very traditional Japanese and was such a cool experience. We had no problem at all getting into the onsen, and we were grateful there was no tattoo restrictions. Everything felt very clean and organized

Amazing cosy stay with the kindest hosts. They helped with dinner arrangements and dropping off to the Gondola station. The room was spacious and we loved the onsen, there are 2 and you can use it any time if it's free! Only stayed 1 night but would've loved to have stayed longer.

The most lovely owners I’ve ever met. They insisted on driving us to Gora station twice, walking us to our bus stop and make dinner reservations for us. Lovely onsens. Big room and great pillows.
