Incredible onsen, incredible rooms, incredibly kind couple who runs the place. Even drove us around to do the Hakone Loop and see the Open Air Museum after check out.

The owners are both so friendly and helpful with everything. They provide an excellent experience, particularly helping to book dinner and driving us to our dinner reservations and to the train station. The onsen experience is wonderful and the futon beds extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing place to stay in Hakone, the owners are very welcoming and nice and speak a bit of English. The owner recommended a lot of places for dinner in the evening and booked a place for us. He proposed to drive us if the place we chose was not walking distance and drove us to the train station in the morning. The hot spring is great and partially outside, the room is clean and comfortable with tea set. Recommended !

Staff was wonderful. They even drove us to the train station because it was raining.
