Room was a great size. We were on 3rd floor where they had a complimentary drinks corner, well worth staying in for after a long day on the Hakone Loop. Hot spring bath on the balcony was great too. Midnight ramen snack was a lovely added touch also.

Was a really nice hotel - private baths were really good and the full drinks station outside our room was a lovely touch. Staff were excellent.

Comprehensive explanation upon arrival and during the dinner, tasty dinner, a lot of free drinks including draft sparkling wine and beer, pleasant and comfortable bath in the room.

Lovely location, comfortable bed and great shower. The open air bath on the terrace was wonderful. The natural hot spring baths were amazing! Loved the onsen PJ’s that everyone walked around in. The breaksfat was different both days, delicious and filling. We had sukiyaki at the restaurant and the experience was great.
