Departure time: 11:45, 14:00 and 16:10.
The free shuttle is available from the hotel to JR Odawara Station at: 10:30, 13:00 and 15:10.Starting September 1st, the departure times will change from 16:10 to 16:15, and from 15:10 to 15:15.
If you wish to use the shuttle service, please make your online reservation through the hotel's official website by 12:00 noon, two days prior to your departure date.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Spectacular views along the lake of Mount Fuji. Easy to take boats across the lake. Excellent food options.

Top notch staff, very helpful and polite. The facility was clean, the room was spacious enough for 4 adults. The AC controls were really good—not too cold, not too hot. We greatly appreciated the pajamas (we’d have bought some if they were on sale!). The onsen was perfect. The location is remote, but the sunrise on the lake is stunning, and the access to areas to visit is somewhat very manageable. The noise insulation is also amazing considering we were with children, in the annex where other families with young kids were staying and we heard absolutely nothing from the other rooms. Extra point for having kid size pajama and amenities.

The hotel was situated in such a beautiful location, the lakeside walk and the gardens were absolutely breathtaking, with the hotel being situated in-between the large mountains around. Although the weather was not forgiving and we didn't get to see mount Fuji, the location of the hotel was fantastic and secluded. I had pre-booked the shuttle bus to collect us from Odawara station, which worked out well as we were coming on the Shinkansen - I booked by emailing them directly and the staff were prompt with their emails and messages through booking.com. Obviously I had to arrange my Shinkansen timed tickets with the collection and drop off of the times for the shuttle bus - so be aware of the times they are only available during strict times and are very prompt with their timing. The rooms were spacious almost like I had an apartment, the balcony offered great views too. My partner and I paid for breakfast at the place and we went for the bar and grill buffet, which had a great selection of food available and was really tasty.
