An authentic Japanese ryokan a short distance from the main area in Hakone-Yumoto. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us, and their English skills were brilliant!

The staff is very helpful. We enjoyed the traditional room spacious and well equipped. Location is nice near a creek. We have not tried the onsen as we only have one night. Enjoyed the western breakfast.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. The food is incredible. Our japanese style room was spacious and our private onsen on the balcony was a delight after a long day.

Indoor and outdoor bath. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Close to the station (about 10 min walking), with three diferent shuttle times in the morning from the hotel to the station.
