Amazing location and the facilities. Both Private & Public Onsens were super clean and amazing! They made a special arrangement for us in the neighbouring hotel for our meals because we had a vegetarian person in the group. They went above & beyond!

The hospitality is top notch and the view of Fuji was amazing (as pictured). The open air onsen was stunning and tranquil.
